"Racetrack lid" ball lock Cornelius kegs on sale $15.00 includes new oring kit! While supplies last. These ball lock style kegs have a older style lid that is not interchangeable with newer kegs. They work great and look almost identical to other newer kegs. Check them out and save!

Australian Ale   Light bodied refreshing Aussie Ale

 

5.5 lbs Cooper's Light Malt

2 cups Dextrose (corn sugar)

 

1 ounce Hallertaur boil 45 minutes

1 ounce Hallertaur finish last 5 minutes

 

White Labs Autralian Ale Yeast

 

Brown Ale

 

7.5 lbs Cooper's Light Malt

 

1/2 lb. Brown Malt

1/2 lb. Victory malt

1/2 lb. Crystal 80 L

1/4 lb. Chocolate Malt

 

2 ounces Willamette boil 60 minutes

1 ounce Cascade finish last minute

 

White Labs English Ale Yeast

 

Saison Belgian Spiced Ale

 

7 lbs Cooper's Light Malt

1 lb. Clear Candi Sugar

 

1/2 lb. Caravienne1/2 lb.

1/2 lb. Crystal 10 L

 

1 ounces Stryian Goldings boil 60 minutes

1 ounce Styrian Golding finish last 15 minutes

 

1/2 ounce  dried sweet orange peel last minute of boil steeped for 10 minutes in cheesecloth bag

1/2 ounce crushed coriander last minute of boil steeped for 10 minutes in cheesecloth bag
