This system is designed to make all-grain batches of 10-13 gallons at a time. With the tiered gravity flow design and use of gas pressure to drive the sparge, there is no need for expensive pumps. The system is designed specifically for the single step infusion mash and is approximately 85% efficient for extraction. This system requires a CO2 tank and regulator which is not supplied. We carry these items and will give you a special price on the package.

1 Fifteen gallon stainless steel mash/lauter tun outfitted with an all stainless 3/8" ball valve, large 3" dial thermometer mounted in threaded coupling, copper manifold bottom, and wraparound insulation blanket
1 Fifteen gallon stainless steel boiling kettle fitted with an all stainless 3/8" ball valve
Counter-flow wort chiller with high-temperature hosing connections and hose fittings
Powder coated angle iron rack with cast iron high output burners mounted under both the brew pot and the mash/lauter tun. Ring holder for propane bottle and wheels mounted to rack. All gas hosing is provided along with propane gas regulator and gas valves
Insulated copper plumbing for sparge water transport and valved copper filling faucets for easy filling of kettles
Sparge sprinkler with high-temperature hosing connections
10 gallon capacity cornelius keg with high-temperature hose output for use in sparging. Insulating blanket for keg is also provided
